- Define your Audience: Who is your ideal customer and who is not? Casting a wide net is a marketing strategy of days gone by. In the age of digital, it’s important to know your audience and tailor your message to them.
- Secret Shop your business: Have a friend call your main business line and listen in to understand the experience from your customer’s point of view. With a very small investment of time, you can tighten up your current processes and close more business!
- Click All the Buttons: Click every button. Call every number. Your website could be your first date with some customers. You don’t want to show up with stains on your shirt. Set a calendar invite once a quarter to check your website for broken links!
- Update your Google My Business Profile: It takes a matter of minutes to create a Google My Business profile and is at no cost! Periodically check to make sure your hours and information are up to date, add new photos, and respond to reviews!
- Repurpose content: Not everything new is better. If you have a post or blog that is resonating use that content in other marketing channels or platforms! Did one of your emails have a great open rate, send it out every six months. You don’t have to start from scratch each time.
